The policies herein are product specific. So if you arrived on this page
without clicking on one of our Volantex Products, disregard this
policy. As always, please read and agree to this policy before
purchasing any of our products.
SHIPPING COSTS
United States
Free Shipping for all orders in the United States. Normally we
ship the package by UPS or USPS.
RC Grounds' Free Shipping program has no fine print, no exceptions, and it
is automatically offered at checkout. Our policy is simple - ANY product will be
shipped for free in USA. No minimums
Note: Free shipping is only available when shipping to an address in the contiguous 48 United States.
SHIPPING TIME
You will receive a confirmation e-mail after your order has been shipped. The email will
contain the tracking information and some instructions on how to track
your parcel. The total time it takes to receive your order is described
below:
The total time is the sum of the processing time and the shipping time.
Processing time = the time between when you place an order and when we ship it;
Shipping time = the time between when your order has been shipped and delivered to you;
All items sold at RCGrounds.com are guaranteed to be delivered no later than 30 days.
If you have not received your item(s) beyond this time, you are eligible
for a full refund after we have conducted a postal investigation.
Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
1. Delays caused by the buyer providing incorrect or incomplete delivery information;
2. Delays in delivery caused by any force majeure incidents, such as natural disasters, bad weather, and war;
3. Any un-insured order that is lost or stolen;
4. Delays in delivery caused by any other beyond RC Grounds control, such as public holidays and other issues unforeseen.
MISSING OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
Please be sure to reconcile the number of boxes shipped with the number
of boxes received. Additionally, orders shipping from different
warehouses may arrive on different days.
Please do not accept boxes with exterior damage. If the box has been
delivered without your signature, contact the carrier before opening the
package. The carrier will need to inspect the box and verify any damage
before refund or replacement can occur.

IMPORTANT:You must
contact RCGrounds.com to request a return shipping label before returning ANY
products. Items returned without a return shipping label will be
rejected and returned to the customer at their expense. Contact us at support@rcgrounds.com
RETURN POLICY
If you ordered the wrong item or you no longer want your item, you
can return new, unassembled, unused products within 30 days of delivery
for a refund. Please note, you are responsible for the cost of return
shipping.
If your order was shipped using our Free Shipping option, we will
deduct the actual shipping cost from your refund amount. Any shipping
charges paid by the customer are nonrefundable.
Products that are incomplete, assembled, or used in any way are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
Products must be returned in their original packaging with all included parts and accessories.
Ship your package using a "trackable" shipping carrier like UPS or
FedEx. We strongly recommend insuring your package for the value of the
contents. RCGrounds.com is not responsible for lost or damaged packages sent
by customers.
Clearance and Open Box Items are sold "as is" and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstance.
If your return is the result of a shipping error (we shipped you the wrong product),
RCGrounds.com will pay the return shipping costs.
Items returned without a return shipping label will be rejected and returned to the customer at their expense.
Note- If your product has
been assembled or used in any way, and you discover an issue with your
product within 30 days of delivery, you may be eligible for replacement
or repair under the RCGrounds.com product warranty policy.
Once we receive your package we will inspect the returned product(s)
to ensure they are in new condition. If the returned product(s) are in
new condition we will issue you a refund for the original purchase price
minus any shipping costs paid by either the customer or RCGrounds.com
If the
product(s) are received damaged or used, your return will be denied and
a customer service team member will contact you to arrange to have the
product(s) sent back to you (at your expense).
The entire return process usually takes 10-15 business days. This
time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from
the shipper (5 to 8 business days), the time it takes us to process
your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it
takes your bank to process our refund request (1 to 2 business days).
